Job summary

The Boucher Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to determine automotive problems by listening to customer descriptions, clarify issues, and conduct inspections. You will prepare repair orders, describe required repairs, obtain approvals, and enter data into the service database.

• Must have a strong customer service mindset with CSI focus.
• ADP experience is a plus and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems by listening to customer descriptions and by inspecting vehicles.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, causes, and required repairs; obtain approvals.
• Enter RO into the service database and communicate with customers throughout the process.
