Prest on Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the liaison between technicians and customers in the service lane. You will communicate recommendations, coordinate maintenance needs, and ensure a superior customer experience.

With a minimum of 3 years in a service-adjacent role, you will greet guests, provide ETA for service, and follow up to confirm satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience required.
• Exceptional customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on arrival and manage service flow.
• Perform a vehicle walk-around and inspect the vehicle.
• Provide an estimate of service duration.
• Explain technician recommendations and needed maintenance.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff frequently.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
