Job summary

Preston Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join our service department and provide a superior customer experience. You will be the liaison between technicians and customers, explaining recommendations and suggesting necessary maintenance to keep vehicles safe.

You will greet customers, manage appointments, perform vehicle walk-arounds, estimate service times, and follow up to ensure expectations are met, while collaborating with technicians and parts staff to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Explain technician recommendations to customers and suggest maintenance or repairs.
• Greet customers and manage appointments in the service lane.
• Perform vehicle walk-around inspections and note required service actions.
• Estimate service time and keep customers informed of progress.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff regularly.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales goals and customer expectations.
