Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive to build a robust book of business within a Goosehead franchise partner agency. You will prospect, develop referral relationships, and help clients select the best insurance solutions from a wide carrier portfolio.

Training is provided in Salesforce and sales processes; the role emphasizes growth, performance-based earnings, and potential renewals. This position offers a commission-based path with strong income upside through top performance.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in insurance or related fields.
• Ability to prospect and establish referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to drive new business.

Responsabilités

• Build a book of business through prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
