Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Sales management experience, preferably within the automotive aftermarket or tools and equipment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate and increase Tools and Equipment sales through NAPA stores and end user accounts.
• Coordinate market share driving programs and store-to-end user engagements.
• Lead and manage territory with prioritization based on product knowledge and relationships.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions with store and distribution teams.
• Collaborate with account support specialists for order entry, tracking and billings.
• Maintain product knowledge, programs, warranties, and rebates; communicate progress to management.
• Perform periodic account reviews and drive opportunities to expand business volume.
