Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order receives the same care as in-restaurant dining. You will greet customers, process orders, and coordinate with the front-of-house team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized To-Go area and assist team as needed.
• Coordinate with Front of House to support smooth service.
