Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order reflects the same care as dining in. You’ll be a key Front of House member, delivering warm hospitality and accurate takeout service for pickup and curbside orders.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Comfortable standing for 8 hours or more.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and patience are essential.
• Maintain positive working relationships with teammates.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• FOH roles require 18+ age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
