Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order is prepared with the same care and hospitality as in-restaurant dining. You will deliver warm service, greet guests for pickup, verify orders, and process payments in a fast-paced front-of-house setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Patient, guest‑oriented mindset.
• Maintain positive relationships with teammates.
• Commitment to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• 18+ age requirement for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well cared for.
• Work collaboratively with Front of House team to support smooth service.
