Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in the United States is seeking a To-Go Specialist who will ensure every off-premise order is prepared with the same care, accuracy and hospitality as our in-house dining experiences.

You’ll greet guests, input orders into the POS, verify accuracy, and coordinate with the Front of House team to deliver a seamless pickup experience. We offer flexible schedules, training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day.
• Lift items up to 25 pounds safely.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Verify orders for accuracy before pickup.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, stocked To-Go area.
• Collaborate with Front of House to support service.
