Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure every off-premise order is prepared with care, accuracy, and hospitality. As a Front of House ambassador, you’ll manage pickup flow and verify orders meet expectations before they leave the counter.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Patient, guest-oriented mindset.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• 18+ age requirement for FOH positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with Front of House team to support smooth service.
