Job summary

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is seeking a To-Go Specialist to ensure each off-premise order receives the same Care, accuracy, and hospitality as dining room guests. You’ll greet customers, verify orders, handle payments via the POS, and uphold a clean, organized pickup area.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Able to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Guest-oriented mindset and patience.
• Reliable transportation.
• 18+ years old for FOH positions.
• Must maintain cleanliness and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive hospitality with every guest interaction.
• Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy.
• Prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure they meet guest expectations before pickup.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area.
• Communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner.
• Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed.
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of.
• Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
