Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support patients across New Jersey clinics. The role includes administering TMS and Spravato therapy, preparing equipment, taking vitals, and ensuring patient safety.

You will also handle front-office tasks, greet patients, and assist with scheduling and billing questions. The ideal candidate has high school graduation, basic computer skills, and a strong customer service orientation with empathy and effective

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers is a plus.
• Basic Life Support Certification or training provided as needed.
• Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment and review treatment information with patients.
• Monitor safety and clinical accuracy during treatments.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatments and obtain informed consent forms.
• Document treatment sessions and submit REMS forms as required.
• Greet patients, schedule treatments, and assist with front-office tasks.
