Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in New Jersey seeks motivated Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment programs across clinics. You will administer TMS and Spravato therapies, monitor patient safety, collect vitals, and provide compassionate care.

The role requires strong communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office/CRM/EHR, and a patient-first attitude. Training and certification are provided; flexible 8-hour shifts with some emergency coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• General computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM/EHR systems preferred.
• Customer service experience desired.
• Patient-centric mindset and strong work ethic required.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with patients before sessions.
• Monitor TMS and Spravato treatments for safety and accuracy.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatments.
• Obtain and document informed consent forms.
• Submit REMS monitoring forms after each session.
• Record and document treatment session notes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care.
• Greet patients and make them feel welcome.
• Collect payments for out-of-pocket charges.
• Schedule treatments with patients.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Basic insurance and billing knowledge.
