Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support treatment for patients experiencing depression across multiple clinics in New Jersey. The role focuses on administering TMS and Spravato therapy and providing front-office responsibilities in a patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic computer abilities, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• High School graduate required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and/or EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers.
• Basic Life Support Certification (Training provided).
• Customer service experience.
• Patient-centric mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and respectful communication.
• Physically able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication/treatment information with each patient before sessions.
• Monitor all aspects of TMS and Spravato treatments for safety and accuracy.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatment.
• Collect informed consent forms prior to treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each session.
• Record treatment session notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care.
• Greet patients and make them feel welcome.
