Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment using Spravato and TMS across clinics in New Jersey. The role emphasizes patient-first care with training provided for therapy administration and related documentation.

You will handle front-office tasks, assist with scheduling, payments, and insurance inquiries, and work 8-hour shifts 8 AM–7 PM with flexibility for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with basic computer skills.
• Experience using CRM/EHR systems and MS Office.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to connect with patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and Spravato therapies following clinical guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device for treatment and review treatment information with patients.
• Take vitals and document treatment sessions; obtain informed consent.
• Record session notes and billing information; support front-office tasks.
• Greet patients warmly and assist with scheduling and insurance questions.
