Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians across clinics in New Jersey. The role involves administering TMS and Spravato therapies, patient intake, and front-office duties to support depressed patients.

Candidates with a patient-centric approach and basic healthcare or hospitality experience are encouraged to apply. Training and certification for treatments will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers is beneficial.
• Basic Life Support Certification (training provided as needed).
• Customer service experience and a patient-centric attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer TMS and Spravato therapy following clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment and ensure proper setup.
• Review medication and treatment information with each patient before sessions.
• Monitor treatment to ensure patient safety and clinical accuracy.
• Take patient vitals for Spravato treatment and obtain informed consent.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each Spravato session.
• Record and document treatment progress using psychiatric rating scales (PHQ-9, MADRS, BDI).
• Provide empathetic patient care, build trust, and support depressed patients.
• Schedule treatments and assist with front-office tasks including payments and insurance questions.
