Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and healthcare or hospitality valued.
• Basic Life Support certification; training provided if needed.
• Familiarity with CRM/EHR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Administering basic front-office duties and patient interactions.
• Assist with scheduling and insurance/billing questions.
• Greet patients and ensure a welcoming, patient-centric environment.
• Collect payments for out-of-pocket responsibilities.
• Support with administration and documentation duties.
• Maintain patient records and assist with clinic operations.
