Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support depression treatment programs across multiple clinics in New Jersey. You will administer TMS and Spravato therapy, prepare equipment, review patient information, monitor safety, and handle basic front-office tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• General computer proficiency including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM or EHR systems preferred.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Maintain a patient-centric approach and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with patients before sessions.
• Monitor TMS/Spravato treatments for safety and accuracy.
• Take patient vitals for Spravato sessions.
• Obtain informed consent forms prior to treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each Spravato treatment.
• Record and document treatment session notes and progress.
• Schedule treatments and assist with administrative tasks.
• Greet patients and assist with billing and insurance inquiries.
