Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment across New Jersey clinics. You will administer TMS and Spravato therapy, monitor patients, take vitals, and handle front-office tasks to keep care seamless.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, comfort with MS Office and EHR systems, and a patient-first mindset. Training and certification will be provided to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office; familiarity with CRM/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers is beneficial.
• Basic Life Support certification will be provided or required.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment and review medication details with patients.
• Monitor patient safety, document vitals, and manage consent forms.
• Document treatment sessions and REMS monitoring information.
• Assist with scheduling, billing questions, and basic insurance processes.
