OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support patients across clinics in New Jersey. The role focuses on administering Spravato and TMS therapy, patient care, and front-office responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school graduate level, comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems, and a strong customer-service mindset. Flexible shifts and a patient-first approach are essential for success.

Competenze

• High School Graduate and customer-facing experience preferred.
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy following clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment and review medication information with patients.
• Monitor treatment safety and collect vitals for Spravato treatments.
• Obtain informed consent and document REMS monitoring forms.
• Record treatment notes and collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care.
• Greet patients, manage front-office tasks, and handle payments/billing inquiries.
• Schedule treatments and assist with insurance/billing questions.
