Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for multiple clinics across New Jersey. The role focuses on administering TMS and Spravato therapies, patient support, and front-office duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers.
• Basic Life Support Certification (training provided).
• Customer service experience.
• Patient-centered mentality.
• Strong work ethic, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Respectful communication with patients and colleagues.
• Detail oriented.
• Physically able to stand for hours.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with each patient prior to sessions.
• Monitor all aspects of TMS and Spravato to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Take patient vitals for Spravato treatments.
• Collect informed consent forms before treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each session.
• Schedule treatments with patients.
• Greet patients and ensure they feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks and basic insurance/billing questions.
