OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support patients across clinics in New Jersey. You will administer Spravato and TMS therapies, monitor safety, review treatment information, and help with scheduling, billing, and front-office tasks.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and a patient-centric mindset. Training and certification will be provided, and you will join a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• General computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and/or EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers.
• Basic Life Support Certification (Training & Certification provided as needed).
• Customer Service experience.
• Patient-centric mentality.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication/treatment information with each patient before sessions.
• Monitor safety and clinical accuracy of treatments.
• Take patient vitals for Spravato treatments.
• Collect informed consent forms prior to treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each Spravato session.
• Use psychiatric rating scales (PHQ-9, MADRS, BDI) to benchmark progress.
• Greet patients and provide compassionate care.
• Schedule treatments and assist with billing inquiries.
• Assist with general administrative tasks.
