Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to support our outpatient center. You will administer TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patient responses, and document treatment data to help patients on their path to improved wellbeing.

This full-time role requires strong communication and reliability, with the ability to travel to all area centers. Training is provided to develop clinical skills and a focus on compassionate care and accurate

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus relevant patient/customer care experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel to all centers in the region and provide coverage as needed.
• BLS certification provided or required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines.
• Monitor patient responses and document treatment data.
• Record psychiatric rating scales and address patient discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR and manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
