Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient setting.

You will provide compassionate care, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate EHR records while assisting with scheduling and billing. Travel between area centers is required, with reliable transportation essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience in fast-paced patient/care roles.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines and document responses.
• Maintain accurate EHR records and manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing processes.
• Support operational efficiency and assist with insurance/billing tasks as needed.
• Travel to all center locations; reliable transportation required.
