Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a patient-focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies at our Chapel Hill center. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm with some variation, and extensive training to grow your skills.

You will support treatment delivery, monitoring, consent processes, scheduling, and billing workflows while maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma plus relevant experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
• Preferred: Bachelor's/Associate degree or clinical certification plus at least 1 year of work experience.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR and CRM systems; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols, including device setup and monitoring.
• Collect Spravato Informed Consent forms and administer rating scales to track progress.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management.
• Schedule visits, manage checkouts and co-pays, and support insurance workflows.
• Maintain equipment, medications, and supplies; dispose of used devices and meds properly.
