Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Northampton, MA, is hiring a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in a welcoming outpatient setting. Onsite, full-time, Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm shifts with some variation; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Prolonged standing and travel between clinic locations may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines, monitor responses, record scales, and address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and financial procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operations.
