Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a regional Patient-Centered Technician to support our Chapel Hill center and travel to other area centers as needed. You will deliver TMS and esketamine treatments, collect consent forms, and monitor patient progress using standard rating scales.

You’ll maintain accurate documentation in the EHR, coordinate visits and billing tasks, and ensure equipment, meds, and supplies are properly stocked. Training and compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with experience in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s/Associate degree or equivalent clinical certification with at least one year of work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tech systems; strong written and verbal communication.
• Travel to centers throughout the region with reliable transportation is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols.
• Collect Spravato Informed Consent forms and administer rating scales (PHQ-9, QIDS-SR16).
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, and support insurance/billing workflows.
• Keep equipment and supplies stocked and dispose of devices and medications properly.
• Take on related duties as assigned.
