Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a patient-centered technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies at our Fairfax, VA center. You will monitor patient responses, document results, and support scheduling and billing in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Psychology/Social Work or related field and healthcare experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems like AdvancedMD and Salesforce. Travel between centers is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree or equivalent clinical certification; substantial relevant work history preferable in patient/customer facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred); strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsabilités

• Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines; monitor patient responses and record psychiatric rating scales.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage patient check-in/check-out and scheduling, and assist with billing procedures as needed.
• Travel between clinic locations to meet business and operational needs; support insurance and billing processes as required.
