Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, in partnership with Neuronetics, Inc., seeks a Patient-Centered Technician for our Palm Beach Gardens, FL location. You will administer TMS and esketamine, monitor responses, and document outcomes in the EHR to support high‑quality patient care.

The role requires traveling to area centers; reliable transportation is mandatory. You will assist with scheduling, insurance processes, and provide compassionate, patient‑focused service in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, plus relevant fast‑paced patient care experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; and at least 1 year healthcare work or internship experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred); strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine following clinical guidelines; monitor patient responses; administer and record psychiatric rating scales; address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well‑being and accurate record-keeping: maintain empathetic care, accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check‑in/check‑out, and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: understand and assist with insurance and billing processes.
• Location: position primarily covers Palm Beach Gardens center; travel to area centers on short notice is mandatory; reliable transportation required.
