Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a patient-centered technician in Northampton, MA to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. You will monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and ensure accurate documentation and scheduling.

We offer full-time hours, training, and growth opportunities with travel between centers as needed. A reliable transportation means is required and a commitment to exceptional patient care is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field is preferred.
• Healthcare work or internship experience is desirable.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines, monitor responses, document scales, and address discomfort.
• Maintain EMR accuracy, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and assist with billing procedures.
• Support insurance and billing processes as needed.
