Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in a welcoming outpatient setting.

This full-time role features Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts between 7am–7pm, with comprehensive training provided. You will monitor patient responses, maintain records, and support insurance and billing processes while joining a compassionate team dedicated to improved mental health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field, plus healthcare experience.
• Associate degree, clinical certification, or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proficient with EHR and office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine therapies per clinical guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support clinic operations.
