Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in a busy outpatient setting. You will provide compassionate patient care, monitor responses, document outcomes, and support scheduling and billing tasks.

Formación

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification with relevant work experience.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
• Location coverage: This role primarily serves our Winston-Salem center; travel to area centers is required; reliable transportation is mandatory.
