Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Greensboro seeks a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies, monitor patient responses, and maintain accurate records in a center that emphasizes compassionate care.

The role requires travel to other area centers and a strong background in fast-paced patient or customer care, with training provided for specialized therapies and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification with significant relevant work experience in fast-paced patient/customer care roles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field is preferred, with at least one year healthcare work or internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per clinical guidelines; monitor patient responses; record psychiatric rating scales; address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHRs and manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and billing processes.
• Support insurance and billing processes as needed; travel to Greensboro center and other area centers as required.
