Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Palm Beach Gardens, FL seeks a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine, monitor responses, and document ratings, ensuring comfort and safety for each session.

The role covers local center work with mandatory travel to other centers in the region; you will maintain accurate EHR records, assist with scheduling and billing, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant patient-facing experience.
• Bachelor's in psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience with medical records and EHR highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Administer TMS and esketamine per clinical guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Record psychiatric rating scales and address patient discomfort promptly.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Travel to all centers in the region as needed with reliable transport.
