Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Northampton, MA is hiring a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers. The role is full-time, Monday-Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm; exact times may vary and travel to other centers is required.

You will provide comprehensive patient care, monitor responses, maintain EHR, and support scheduling and billing while advancing training to certify in TMS and esketamine therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field.
• High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree or equivalent clinical certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, monitor patient responses, record psychiatric rating scales, and address patient discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic care, maintain EHR, and manage scheduling, check-in/out, and financial procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
