Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a patient-focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies across outpatient centers in the Raleigh area, including Cary. This full-time role requires shifts between 7am and 7pm, with travel to regional centers as needed.

You will receive specialized training, contribute to patient care, and support associated billing and documentation. A strong commitment to HIPAA and safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus stable, fast-paced patient or customer care experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree or clinical certification preferred plus 1+ year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols, including setup, monitoring, vital checks, and REMS forms.
• Collect Spravato informed consent and administer PHQ-9, QIDS-SR16 to track progress.
• Document sessions in the EHR and communicate concerns to management.
• Schedule visits, manage checkout and co-pays, and support insurance and billing workflows.
• Keep equipment, medication, and supplies stocked and dispose of used devices properly.
• Produce monthly device variance reports for management.
