Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a patient-focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. This full-time role offers training, ongoing support, and the chance to grow your clinical skills while positively impacting patients.

You will float between Cary area centers, work Monday–Friday with shifts between 7am and 7pm, and support documentation, scheduling, and billing workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with stable work in fast-paced patient/customer care
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical certification preferred plus at least 1 year of work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn EMR/EHRs and CRMs; strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols and monitor patients
• Collect Spravato informed consent forms and administer PHQ-9 and QIDS-SR16
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management or providers
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, and support insurance and billing workflows
• Keep equipment, medication, and supplies stocked and disposed properly
• Deliver monthly device variance reports to management
• Answer phones and manage medical records and charting
• Maintain training and certifications, following OSHA, HIPAA, and fraud, waste, and abuse laws
• Take on other related duties as assigned
