Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our team as a regional Patient-Centered Technician delivering TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers. This PRN role covers Cary and surrounding centers, with training and certifications provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in patient or customer care is valued.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or clinical certification plus 1 year of work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn EMR/EHRs and CRMs quickly.

Responsabilités

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols, including device setup and monitoring.
• Collect informed consent forms and administer rating scales to track progress.
• Resolve patient discomfort during treatment using guidelines and orders.
• Build trust with patients through empathy and reflective listening.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns as needed.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, and support billing workflows.
• Maintain equipment, medications, and supplies; dispose of used devices safely.
• Deliver monthly device variance reports to management.
• Answer phones and follow up with patients; manage medical records and charting.
• Maintain training and certifications; follow HIPAA, OSHA, and related laws.
