Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to support our Chapel Hill center and travel to nearby centers as needed. You will assist with TMS and esketamine therapies, ensure patient comfort, and document sessions in the EHR while coordinating with the care team.

The role offers full-time hours, a Monday–Friday schedule, and required training in compliance with HIPAA and facility policies. Travel and reliable transport are essential for covering multiple centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with stable work experience in fast-paced patient or customer care roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols, including device setup and monitoring.
• Collect Spravato Informed Consent forms and administer rating scales (PHQ-9, QIDS-SR16) to track progress.
• Resolve patient discomfort during treatment following guidance and orders.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management or providers.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, and support billing workflows.
• Keep equipment, medication, and supplies stocked and dispose of used devices properly.
• Deliver monthly device variance reports to management.
• Answer phones, follow up with patients, and manage medical records.
• Maintain training and certifications and follow HIPAA and other laws.
