Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers seeks a patient-focused technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers. The role offers full-time hours, ongoing training, and opportunities to grow skills while working with a supportive team.

This position involves traveling between Cary area centers, with shifts typically between 7am-7pm, and requires reliable transportation and flexibility to cover multiple centers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus stable, consistent work in fast-paced patient or customer care/service roles.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree or equivalent clinical certification plus at least 1 year of work experience.

Responsabilités

• Deliver TMS or esketamine treatment per provider protocols, including device setup, monitoring, blood pressure checks, and REMS forms.
• Collect Spravato Informed Consent forms and administer PHQ-9 and QIDS-SR16 scales to track progress.
• Resolve patient discomfort during treatment using manufacturer guidance and provider orders.
• Build trust with patients through empathy and reflective listening.
• Document sessions in the EHR and escalate concerns to management or providers.
• Schedule visits, handle checkout and co-pays, and support insurance and billing workflows.
