Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Hudson, OH is seeking a patient-centered technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. You will provide compassionate patient care, monitor responses, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm, and requires travel to other centers as needed. Comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services; and at least one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree with substantial relevant work experience, preferably in patient or customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines and record patient responses.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: maintain EHR accuracy and manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
