Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team in San Luis Obispo, CA as a Patient-Centered Technician. This full-time role delivers TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient centers, with comprehensive training provided.

You will monitor patient responses, maintain records, and support scheduling, insurance, and billing while traveling between clinic locations as needed. The position requires a compassionate, patient-focused professional with strong communication

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related human services field; plus healthcare experience.
• Associate degree, clinical certification, or equivalent education/experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; experience with AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines; monitor responses and record scales.
• Maintain accurate EHR, manage check-in/out, scheduling, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operations.
