Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and at least one year healthcare experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent clinical certification with significant relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TMS and esketamine therapies per clinical guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate EHR and coordinate scheduling, check-in/check-out, and billing processes.
• Assist with insurance and billing procedures as needed.
