Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers is seeking a patient-centered technician in Northampton, MA to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in outpatient settings. The role requires full-time availability Mon-Fri between 7am-7pm, with shifts that may vary.

Primary location is Northampton, with travel to other centers as needed. The position offers competitive pay of $22-$24 per hour, along with a robust benefits package including 401(k) with company match, PTO, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or related human services field is preferred.
• At least 1 year of healthcare work or internship experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel between clinic locations as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines; monitor responses; record psychiatric scales and address discomfort.
• Maintain accurate EHR; manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and billing procedures.
• Support operating efficiency by assisting with insurance and billing processes as needed.
