Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Patient-Centered Technician to deliver TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. You will provide direct patient care, monitor responses, and maintain accurate records, with shifts Monday–Friday between 7am–7pm.

This full-time role offers training and a competitive starting rate of $22.00/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, PTO, and medical/dental/vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field and at least 1 year healthcare experience.
• Associate's degree or equivalent clinical certification plus significant relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred).
• Stand for extended periods; BLS certification provided; reliable transportation between centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: administer TMS and esketamine per guidelines, monitor responses, record scales, address discomfort.
• Ensure patient well-being and accurate records: empathetic care, maintain EHR, manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Support operational efficiency: assist with insurance and billing as needed.
