Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Northampton, MA, is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. The role is onsite, full-time, Monday–Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 7am and 7pm.

No prior TMS experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. We offer competitive pay in the $22–24/hour range, a robust benefits package, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; at least equivalent healthcare experience.
• High School Diploma or Associate's; clinical certification; relevant patient or customer facing work history.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide TMS and esketamine treatments per guidelines and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate EHR; manage scheduling, check-in/out, and billing procedures.
• Assist with insurance and billing processes to support operations.
