Job summary

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers in Hudson, OH seeks a Patient-Centered Technician to administer TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. This full-time role offers specialized training, competitive pay, and the opportunity to positively impact patients' lives.

The ideal candidate has healthcare experience and a related degree or certification, is willing to travel between centers, and will maintain accurate records in EHR systems while delivering compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related Human Services field preferred.
• At least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with substantial relevant work experience in patient or customer facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide TMS and esketamine treatments per clinical guidelines; monitor patient responses and record psychiatric rating scales.
• Maintain accurate EHR; manage scheduling, check-in/check-out, and billing procedures.
• Support insurance and billing processes as needed.
