Solenis LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a hands-on Key Account Manager to support strategic tissue and towel manufacturing customers in the Tulsa area, primarily on-site at the Muskogee mill. You will build trusted partnerships, optimize performance, and deliver value through our water treatment chemistries and services.

The role emphasizes technical service, site visits, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with mill leadership, operators, and procurement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing environments such as tissue/paper, packaging, or water treatment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel regularly and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for assigned accounts.
• Conduct weekly site visits to mills to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues and provide practical solutions.
• Monitor and optimize chemical treatment programs and products.
• Collaborate with internal resources to resolve customer challenges.
