Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a hands-on Key Account Manager to support strategic paper manufacturing customers in Southern California, with on-site duties at Oxnard and Ontario. You will build trusted partnerships, optimize plant performance, and drive value through our water treatment chemistries and services.

Responsibilities include site visits, technical troubleshooting, data-driven recommendations, and maintaining profitable accounts while collaborating with internal specialists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Paper Science, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
• Experience supporting industrial manufacturing environments such as pulp & paper, chemicals, or water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Develop relationships with mill leadership, operators, maintenance teams, and purchasing contacts.
• Conduct weekly site visits to Oxnard and Ontario to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process-related issues and provide practical solutions.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to optimize product performance and profitability.
