Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Sales Executive Trainee to convert prospective owners into purchasers and maintain relationships after the sale. You will also reload Owners and pursue referrals to grow the business, using proven sales techniques across multiple sites.

A flexible schedule and strong communication skills are essential for success. You will work with the team to deliver high-quality service, follow company policies, and uphold standards while supporting guests and Owners

Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred but not required
Proficiency in English
Minimum one-year of timeshare sales experience within last 2 years
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams
Incumbent is required to maintain an active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

Giving Sales Presentations
Follow and adhere to the Consultative Sales Process when presenting to Owners and guests.
Establish trust with the prospective owner and Owners throughout the entire sales process to build ongoing rapport.
Discover the needs of prospective owners and Owners through questions and customize the sales presentation.
Explain the features and benefits and present financing options to accommodate needs.
Prepare for daily appointments/tours and follow up with guests via email, phone, and mail.
